Hi, I’m Gabriel Koenig, the creator of Ghost Time Games.
I try my best to make fun, unique, and interesting games. I often instill my games with concepts and ideas that I find myself haunted by. I think all creatives have a responsibility to make the world a better place through their work, so my hope is that you have fun playing the games I make, but also find yourself challenged or inspired.
I’ve been making games on my own since 2013, and I’ve worked in the games industry since 2007. I went to school for video production, but ended up doing QA as a summer job during that time, which eventually led me down a very different path than I had originally intended. Initially, my interest in games was largely in Sound Design and Music, but I’ve always been an outgoing tinkerer, so it wasn’t too long before I started teaching myself how to code in C# and Unity3D, and I’ve been developing my craft ever since.
I’d like to also acknowledge the people I’ve had the pleasure of working with on some of my games:
Albert Birney for his full collaboration on bringing the Tux and Fanny universe into a video game.
Caleb Winters for his excellent sound design in Test Tube Titans.
A Shell in the Pit for their terrific audio work in Jettomero: Hero of the Universe.
